耿清，燕山大学博士，丹麦奥尔堡大学客座博士，博士生导师，硕士生导师，现任职于燕山大学电气工程学院自动化系。研究方向为轮式移动机器人路径规划，信息物理系统网络安全控制、轮式机器人混杂安全控制等。目前在Springer上出版的英文专著一部《Analysis and Synthesis of Delta Operator Systems with Actuator Saturation》。在IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems, IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, International Journal of Robust and Nonlinear Control 等国际刊物发表学术论文30余篇，其中第一作者/通讯作者SCI论文16篇。授权发明专利5项。担任多个国际期刊审稿人。主持国家自然科学基金项目1项，参与国家级项目5项，主持河北省引进留学人员资助项目1项，主持河北省自然科学基金青年项目1项。
