耿清，女，讲师，燕山大学博士，奥尔堡大学客座博士，现任职于燕山大学电气工程学院自动化系。研究方向为移动机器人路径规划，信息物理系统网络安全控制、轮式机器人安全控制等。目前在Springer上出版一部基于Delta算子方法的英文专著《Analysis and Synthesis of Delta Operator Systems with Actuator Saturation》。在IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems, IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems, IEEE Systems Journal, International Journal of Robust and Nonlinear Control 等刊物发表学术论文20余篇，其中SCI论文10余篇。参与国家级项目3项，主持河北省引进留学人员资助项目1项，河北省自然科学基金青年项目1项。
