高珺，女，工学博士，甘肃天水人，中共党员，讲师。
2021—2022 年赴葡萄牙里斯本大学土木工程学院开展访问交流。主持国家级科研项目 1 项、省部级重点项目 1 项及横向科研项目 1 项，牵头多项国际合作交流项目。
年均招收硕士研究生 1—2 名，具备国际化联合培养体系，优秀学生可推荐赴海外访学交流。
在《Soil Dynamics and Earthquake Engineering》、《KSCE Journal of Civil Engineering》、《工程力学》等国内外权威学术期刊发表论文20余篇。承担《Journal of Earthquake Engineering》、《KSCE Journal of Civil Engineering》等行业内权威期刊评审人。
