高珺，女，工学博士，甘肃天水人，中共党员，讲师。
2021-2022年期间在葡萄牙里斯本大学土木工程学院进行访问交流。
在《Soil Dynamics and Earthquake Engineering》、《KSCE Journal of Civil Engineering》、《工程力学》等国内外权威学术期刊发表论文10余篇。其中，以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文4篇，EI论文2篇。承担《Journal of Earthquake Engineering》、《KSCE Journal of Civil Engineering》等行业内权威期刊评审人。
