个人简介

1984年获东北师范大学学士学位,1994年获北京邮电大学硕士学位,1997年获北京邮电大学博士学位。2003年-2004年在美国wright state 大学做访问学者。现为燕山大学信息科学与工程学院教授,博士生导师。中国电子学会高级会员,中国电子学会信息论分会委员。主要研究方向为:序列设计、编码理论。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目4项,省部级自然科学基金项目4项。主讲的课程有:通信原理,信息论与编码,最佳离散信号设计。
