主要研究方向：

（1）硅基MOS结构固态半导体发光器件，全可见光谱发光器件。

（2）硅基发光器件研究光电集成器件

（3）半导体反熔丝器件研究及其可编程逻辑器件应用。

（4）等离子体放电特性研究，结合生物和医疗应用，用作病灶治疗和农作物病虫防治。

（1）河北省自然科学基金青年基金“硅基MOS结构发光器件机理及光电集成研究”在研，主持人

（2）国家自然科学基金青年科学基金“基于微腔放电耦合的等离子体晶体管导通机理及电学特性研究”已结题，参与人。

（3）国家自然科学基金面上项目“基于电子注入的微腔放电紫外辐射机理及特性研究”已结题，参与人。
