王德玉，博士，副教授，硕士生导师，九三学社成员，中国电工技术学会电气节能专业委员会理事，IEEE会员。长期从事新能源电力电子变换与电气节能环保领域研究。近年来主持国家自然科学基金项目1项，河北省自然科学基金１项、完成国家863项目子课题１项，与哈尔滨工业大学及航天院所合作完成高校及航天工程项目３项。在国内外学术期刊及重要学术会议上发表SCI/EI检索学术论文40余篇，担任国家自然科学基金项目通讯评审专家。
