李莹，女，于2019年10月入职，现任中国机械工程学会流体传动与控制分会青年工作委员会委员。毕业于浙江大学机械工程学院机械电子工程专业，从事液压关键基础件与系统节能理论研究，参与973国家基础研究发展计划等国家重大项目，累计授权4项发明专利，发表SCI/EI论文10余篇。
