刘杰锋，山西吕梁人，博士，讲师，硕导。

        教学方面，主讲本科生课程《基础工程》、《海洋岩土工程》，博士生课程《先进岩土力学》。

       科研方面，从事海洋岩土工程和遗址土保护方面的相关研究，主持河北省自然科学基金1项，参与国家自然科学基金面上、重大项目2项。研究成果发表在Engineering Geology、Ocean Engineering、工程力学、岩土力学、中国公路学报等期刊。
